1. Project Introduction
The Kabul New City project, designed by the Japan JICA Institute and previously approved as a national project by the Council of Ministers, is now prioritized under the management of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in cooperation with Al-Dua’a Construction Company. Phase 1 of Parcel B covers 219 hectares (1095 jerib) and includes residential plots, commercial areas, high-rises, and modern apartments.

3. Ownership Documents
All ownership documents will be confirmed by the Ministry of Urban Development and Land after delivery.
4. Payment and Delivery Terms
- Payment only via bank account or Al-Dua’a Construction Company office.
- Upon first installment payment, land or commercial unit will be delivered within 2 months.
5. Notes:
1. Sale and registration are invalid without official company authorization.
2. Prices are valid for six months.
3. Client must begin construction within one month after delivery.
4. Overseas clients must download the form from the website, sign, and send it by email.
